How to make a ‘gorgeous’ Vietnamese restaurant in the summer

When I moved to Annapolis in the fall of 2018, I was a little hesitant to take the plunge on a Vietnamese restaurant venture.
I had heard about a few restaurants in the area, but I wanted something new, something different.
It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with this one place that’s now open every day in Annapolis: Tien Bien Hoa.
Located on the edge of the Inner Harbor in Annoyance, I’d been there a few times, and always loved their food.
They were known for their signature Vietnamese dishes, and the food is delicious.
However, this time, they were adding a new twist on their menu.
The menu was changing daily.
Every week they were rotating their menu to a different style.
The week before they were cooking a new style of Vietnamese with beef, shrimp, and chicken.
The weeks after that they were serving dishes that were completely new.
It’s a crazy change for any restaurant.
However I was impressed by their selection of dishes, the variety of Vietnamese food they had, and their friendly atmosphere.
I ordered the Bien Bui with Pork, Lamb, and Cheese, which was a combination of a beef bowl, egg, and sour cream.
The dishes were really good.
The lamb was tender, the egg was rich, and it was served with a little spicy sauce.
The broth was so flavorful, and there was a nice crunch.
The sour cream was also delicious.
The beef was cooked perfectly, and I loved the flavor of the beef.
The chicken was very flavorful, tender, and juicy.
I would definitely come back for the Bui Bui!
The food was delicious, but this time they were making a completely new style!
You can’t go wrong with that!
What I loved about this place was that they kept it fresh, and that’s what I’m most looking forward to.
I love to try new restaurants, and when they add a new menu to the menu, I’m always excited!
