The new Irish restaurant will open in 2019
RTE 2GB’s coverage of the opening of a new Indian restaurant in north London has been confirmed by a source close to the venture.
The restaurant, named Indian Grill, will open on the ground floor of the proposed hotel at 11 Arundel Street in September 2019.
The source, who asked not to be named, said the restaurant will be open to the public during the day, but it will open at night.
The building was constructed in the 1960s.
The Irish Grill is due to open in the first quarter of 2020.
The company has not been named but a spokesperson said the company is owned by Irishman David Collins.
The spokesperson said they are committed to being inclusive and welcoming to all people regardless of their background.
