Why is Indian food so expensive?

When I first opened up my own restaurant in Mumbai, I did it because I was hungry.

But I realised I was in over my head.

The food was so expensive that it didn’t seem worth the effort.

After a few years, I realised that if I didn’t want to pay for the food, I should just stop eating.

In 2016, I went to a buffet restaurant in New York City.

It was one of my favourite places to eat in New Yorker’s.

The buffet was packed with food.

But the food was just not good.

I realised that in order to pay, I would have to eat the same thing every single day for two weeks.

When I saw the prices for the buffet restaurants in New Yorkers’ cities, I knew it was time to give up.

I decided to open a restaurant myself, and this is how I did.

I have been serving Indian food to over 30,000 customers in India, and the majority of them are not happy with the prices.

I have learnt that if you want to eat good food in India for less money, you should just give up eating Indian food.

I was lucky to have a good, well-run, well equipped restaurant, and I am happy to share my experience with you, so that you can make your own choices.
